No returns on any items. If items are damaged, they can be exchanged with a brand new item.
If in any case an appointment is set after hours, I will charge an after hour fee per hour. Please book in advance to avoid availability issues.
Lashes - Pre Booking / Cancellation Policy
Client must come in with clean lashes.No makeup around the eyes
If the fill is less than 50% it will be charged as full set. Book the right time for your lashes.
Reschedule if you are sick. Head lice or lash mites found will automatically be a rescheduled visit.
Booking fee is non refundable. A cancelled appointment will be the full amount within 48 hours.
Please do rush or come in late as appointment time is precious. A 10 minute grace period will be given for any late showing - after that I will charge 5$ for every 10 mins. ​
Waxing - Pre Session / Cancellation Policy
Come with comfortable clothes. Clean hygiene is always preferred. Tylenol or Advil is recommended before the service. Wipes will be provided. If menstruating, tampon is required. Booking fee is non refundable. A cancelled appointment will be the full amount within 48 hours.
